No more BAD HEADER section. Reinstalling php-mail-mime brings it back to the bad headers, so these 2 files are indeed responsible. I dont have much time today anymore, but will look into it further tomorrow! Let's find out whats changed from 1.5.3 to 1.8.0 in those files :)...
