Pacparser doesn't compile on non-linux debian ports as the included spidermonkey source code doesn't compile on these ports. I have worked out a patch to make it work.
Here is the patch: http://code.google.com/r/manugarg-pacparser-dev/source/browse/debian/patches/1_non_linux_compilation_patch.patch Caveat is that this patch should be applied after extracting spidermonkey tarball, i.e. after calling "make -C src spidermonkey/js/src".
