In order to package biblatex-biber (see RFPs #570018 and #598160) I need a more recent version of Unicode::Collate (at least version 0.60; the latest version is 0.62). It can be found at http://search.cpan.org/~sadahiro/Unicode-Collate/ . Is it possible to package the newer upstream version? Or do I need to create the libunicode-collate-perl package?
