Documentation from README.Debian says that "the default
/etc/nut/upsd.conf is fine for a "standalone" configuration".
But with unmodified `upsd.conf` file nut's upsd fails to start. It is
trying to bind to an ::1 address and fails to start on a kernel with
IPv6 disabled.
Adding "LISTEN 127.0.0.1 3493" directive to `upsd.conf` file allows the
daemon to start. Maybe it should be mentioned on README.Debian.
Here is the output from upsd with unmodified upsd.conf:
desktop:/# upsd -DDD
Network UPS Tools upsd 2.4.3
0.000000 listen_add: added ::1:3493
0.000111 listen_add: added 127.0.0.1:3493

0.000568 setuptcp: bind: Cannot assign requested address
0.000676 not listening on ::1 port 3493
