Package: libregexp-assemble-perl

Hi!
The /usr/share/doc/libregexp-assemble-perl/examples/assemble.gz script
is pretty cool and it would be even more convenient if it could get
installed into the regular path. Maybe as re-assemble to avoid potential
naming clashes with other tools that would want to call themself
assemble (none in Debian so far, though).
