For what it's worth, the point of the locales.txt file is to list the
locales to try one-by-one to see if dictionaries exist for those
languages. Since some later version of (py)enchant, that predefined
list of locales is no longer needed, used or included with gaupol--
upstream, sid and squeeze don't have this problem.
