Package: libspeechd2 Version: 0.7.1-1 Severity: grave Tags: squeeze experimental
The provided libspeechd version in debian doesn't link against libpthread. This will force all client apps to link to libpthread even if they are not multithreaded. When building same version of libspeechd from it's homepage ldd /usr/lib/libspeechd.so.2 shows a libpthread reference. This should really be fixed because it would break console screenreader accessibility in squeeze. Same problem can be found in the newer speech-dispatcher version from experimental. I think it's a problem in the debian build scripts of libspeechd2 package.
