Is this issue still present with the current driver versions in unstable (195.36.31-3) and experimental (256.53-1)? Forwarding this problem upstream has to be done by you because following NVIDIA's bug reporting guidelines you will have to run their nvidia-bug-report.sh script (included in the Debian packages).
