The "Tagged" lines are something that change from file to file which,
when diffing causes producing output and sometimes conflists, when
the line is updated by the system.

It would be overall cleaner if the distributed /etc files do not
contain any version control information. The motivation is that they
are part of the territory of the system administarator. Minimalism is
better.
