Upon further investigation, Paul Aurich ("darkrain42", a fellow Pidgin and
Purple Plugin Pack developer) has determined that this bug is fixed as of Pidgin
version 2.6.0. While the problem only manifested itself when the mystatusbox
plugin from the Plugin Pack was loaded, the bug actually existed in Pidgin
itself and was a use-after-free.John
