Bug#596501: libppl-swi [mips] -- ROM; Build-Depends on openjdk-6-jdk

Please remove the binary package libppl-swi on mips as building that requires
openjdk-6-jdk, which isn't available anymore. As a result, it won't be built
anymore on mips, see also #593393.
