Bug#595540: workaround

 This issue can be fixed for kolab by replacing

SLAPD_CONF="/etc/ldap/slapd.d"

by

SLAPD_CONF="/etc/ldap/slapd.conf"

in

/etc/default/slapd
This will make slapd read your old kolab config file instead of the new directory
