I see that there hasn't been any new activity on this bug since
February. I figured I would reply and add some more information.
It happens to me too also with ipw2200 with all the latest goods from
Squeeze. Also, switching to measuring signal strength by dBm corrects
the problem. I would also like to add that I noticed this after
switching back to Debian after a brief stint on Sidux. So, I don't
remember if I was measuring in dBm, but it worked fine the day before on
Sidux, I switched back to Debian and it didn't until I switched to dBm.
It isn't a huge problem, but if it's a problem when Squeeze is stable,
and I reinstall Squeeze a year or two from now because of a problem, I
may not remember this bug. Who knows, I like dBm better anyway.
