$Conf{CgiUserUrlCreate} defaults to 'mailto:%s'. However, if
$Conf{EMailUserDestDomain} is defined, then it makes sense to
include that in the default setting.I suggest to move away from printf-style substitution and instead offer e.g. $user and $destdomain as substitution variables.
