Package: network-manager Version: 0.8.1-2 I have been bitten by this bug when installing kde on a diskless client. The client was fully functional before the install started. Kde drags in network-manager and some additional dependencies and the install stopped right at configuring network-manager because the nfs root was not available anymore when eth0 was taken down.
There may have been a time period when this bug was not an issue because during spring 2010 I installed a couple of computers that way without any problems. But it is back now. I suggest upgrading this bug to normal severity since it is quite annoying. Anders -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [email protected]
