The Translate Toolkit contains many useful tools for translation, management, and quality control. It is the technology platform for Pootle, Virtaal, and other software. This release contains several improvements and bug fixes. It is required for Pootle 2.1, and is also recommended for Pootle 2.0 installations. There were over 300 commits since version 1.7.0.
