Do you still consider this an issue? If so, can you provide a sample of the types of messages (specifically, the senders and selectors or, at least, enough headers to figure out that information) that are causing the issues? I could use that to determine whether these represent an issue with the filter or an unavoidable problem with the sender's configuration.
