Answering to myself, :-) The keys file generated automatically, when starting fluxbox with no ~/.fluxbox directory present seems to work OK, as it was suggested previously. I just couldn't use the old ~/.fluxbox/keys since it got it overrided witht the /etc/X11/fluxbox/keys... Thanks.
