Bug is still present in 2.6.11-1. No package dependency will supply a
/var/www/php-fcgi/php-fcgi-starter.¹
So please just comment the line or the whole mod_fcgid section.
Otherwise the package likely won't install successfully when mod_fcgid
is enabled.
(Except the user manually created a
/var/www/php-fcgi/php-fcgi-starter, which obviously isn't mandatory to
run mod_fcgid.)
