Detect CD: [O] Load installer modules: [O] Detect hard drives: [E] - sata_uli/libata/alim15x3 required and available, but not loaded. manual load via console necessary, then once again run debian-installer hw-detect - then sata drive was found Partition hard drives: [E] - No problem during partitioning, but installer didn't move to next step, after formatting the partitioning screen is shown again. Mount partitions: [E] - had also to be done manually Install base system: [O] - means, no error messages shown... Without "acpi=off" --> instantanous kernel panic of the installer Have an older installer (approx. 2 weeks ago) which was not capable to find the sata-drive anyway... -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
