No, it is correct. Your patch was applied to CVS at July 3. At that 
moment Gnocatan was already renamed to Pioneers (and at version 
0.9.18). Version 0.9.19 was the first release of Pioneers in Debian 
(the last release of Gnocatan was 0.8.1.59)
