As per https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dash/+bug/249620 , dash not
support multi-digit file descriptors.
Here is an example:
dash -c "(flock -w 0 200 ; echo foo) 200>/tmp/lock"
Output:
dash: Syntax error: word unexpected
bash:
(flock -w 0 200 ; echo foo) 200>/tmp/lock
