Hi, I've read this which explains why a Canon Pixma MP150 scanner suddenly stopped being available in the network (although OK locally on the server) in my Debian sid system. To get around it, I've simply added user saned to the lp group in the server, and the scanner is available throughout the network again. Is this the best we can do for now? Thanks.
