Do you intend to upload? From our side, we intend to migrate isc-dhcp really soon (actually, as soon as possible). debian-edu-config is the only package left unfixed so far. Please note that the patch I've sent has a little bug and I didn't find time to update it: links shouldn't be created with .links files but should be done in the postinst script to avoid broken links.
