Package: reportbug Version: 4.12.4 Severity: normal reportbug GTK frontend appears not to work with reportbug.debian.org. I've just tried it on a machine that has not had reportbug installed before (because it has no MTA) and the GTK frontend refuses to send using reportbug.debian.org.
