If I try to renew the certificate of a subca, then
all the x509v3 extensions are lost. Esp. there is
CA:FALSE
and
Cert Type: SSL Server
instead of
CA:TRUE
Cert Type: SSL CA, S/MIME CA
This is not what one would expect. The old CSR created
a year ago does not contain CA:TRUE, either, but this
did not stop TinyCA from creating a valid ca certificate
when creating the subca.
