Hi, I can confirm both the problem and the patch while working with a squeeze system.
Maintainer, please apply this patch already since it severely breaks heartbeat installations. Heartbeat uses the init scripts to monitor the state of the system services and (correctly) freaks out when receiving return codes that indicate errors.
