Hi Matthijs. Sorry, I have missed your reply. Hit the bug again during upgrade.
Stopping pdns-recursor fails with exit code 1:
> /etc/init.d/pdns-recursor stop
Stopping PowerDNS recursor: pdns-recursor#
> echo $?
1
Recursor is not running.
To work around the problem, I enabled recursor in
/etc/default/pdns-recursor, started and then upgraded.
