Rémi Vanicat investigated this issue (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=557553#132) and, from his patch, I prepared amd64 packages for geneweb.
Would people affected by this bug care to investigate if these packages fixes the "uncaught exception: End_of_file" error in Search and Navigation?
