D-I spellchecking is not run from churro. It is run on people.debian.org under the "d-i" account. So, what's needeed is installing aspell-ro on ravel.debian.org (that hosts People.d.o). An alternative could be installing the wordlist in "d-i" user's home and hack the spellchecker to use it (apparently, aspell has a "--word-list-path" that could be the key for this).
