During normal operation I see such messages in my apache error.log: [Mon Jul 05 13:24:58 2010] [error] Exception KeyError: KeyError(140502671820608,) in <module 'threading' from '/usr/lib/python2.6/threading.pyc'> ignored These come up quite often, and are rather annoying, especially as they seem to be completely harmless, according to http://code.google.com/p/modwsgi/issues/detail?id=197 If mod_wsgi stays at version 3.x for squeeze, please incorporate the patch from upstream.
