It has always been that upon leaving alsamixer by hitting the escape key, one sees no reaction for a second or two, until finally the screen is cleared and we are back at the prompt. Therefore I would upon receiving the keystroke, print some message e.g., "quitting..." so the user is not left wondering if his keystroke was received while alsamixer is shutting down. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
