Hi Uwe, Are you planning to package the new version of mtkbabel for squeeze? The old one doesn't support some new gps models and firmware, which is kinda annoying if you own one. If you are not interested in this package any more, I would be glad to maintain it (I'm not a DD but I'm already maintaining two other packages).
