speech-dispatcher can use other synthesizers than eSpeak, e.g. we use it
with Festival. However running it with Festival may not be easy.

I don't know what hadifix is and whether it works with Speech
Dispatcher. If it is compatible with common Festival voices, it should
work.

Try to read Speech Dispatcher manual and if it doesn't help, ask on the
Speech Dispatcher mailing list
(http://lists.freebsoft.org/mailman/listinfo/speechd); some googling
and/or looking into the mailing list archives may also help.
