When bacula-sd was updated to 1.36.2 on two of my backup storage
servers, bacula suddenly failed to create any further backups.
bacula-sd hangs with the following status:

Somehow the logic that automatically "labels" a new file for the given
job is broken. I assume this is an upstream bug, but I haven't
had the time to verify it by using clean upstream sources.
The permissions of /backup/bacula_vishnu are set correctly.
