Dear maintainers, I managed to get aptitude running again, by deleting the files in /var/lib/.
Obviously these files had contents of incorrect dependencies, which caused aptitude to search for dependenciy solutions. I suppose, this reason is the same for bug #373846. IMO you can close this bugreport safely, and maybe bugreport #373846 as well. Anyway, thank you very much for reading this and the discussions in related and similar bugreports.
