There is  nothing in  the policy about  this. Using a  username starting
with underscore is the common way to do things on OpenBSD which features
a lot of  privilege separated daemons. This avoids  any collision with a
real username.

I don't really see what is inconvenient with this username and migrating
to another username is difficult. I don't think this will change.
