found 578065 0.8.3-2 severity 578065 grave thanks I have just installed plymouth and saw this upon reboot:
/scripts/init-bottom/plymouth: line 17: /bin/plymouth: not found This renders the package pretty much unusable, raising severity. As explained in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=578065#35, the "set -e" statement in /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/plymouth seems to be the culprit.
