To silence these warnings, please try this:

As root, open /etc/locale.gen in an editor.  Find the line(s) for the
locale in the warning and uncomment them.  For example, if the warning
was 

  ...doesn't support locale "en_US"

Then you should delete the "# " from these three lines:

# en_US ISO-8859-1
# en_US.ISO-8859-15 ISO-8859-15
# en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8

Then, still as root, run "locale-gen".
