Bug#159884: ifupdown: please consider adding include directive for /e/n/i

PLEASE can we have /etc/network/interfaces.d/ parsed as well as
/etc/network/interfaces

so basically the same as what apache does.

I will see if I can write a patch that does this and submit it here
but I thought id add my 2c first
