A new stable upstream version (2.3.0) is available.
I've added a modified version of rox_2.2.0-3.diff.gz.
My patch is far from perfect, but it works, an may its usefull to you.
Changes in my patch:
* modified patch to work with the new ROX-Filer/src/Makefile
only make -> ${MAKE} changes
* modified debian/rules
* modified debian/patches/global.dpatch
* removed debian/patches/de.po.dpatch
* removed debian/patches/toolbar.dpatch (fixed in upstream)
