Package: ejabberd
Version: 0.9.8-1
Severity: important

Hello Torsten,

I am currently working on perl bindings for libloudmouth, a jabber
library written in c. The bindings have a testsuite which make ejabberd
segfault quite often. The current source of the binding is available at
http://www-user.tu-chemnitz.de/~rafl/Code/Net-Jabber-Loudmouth-0.04.tar.gz

After unpacking run perl Makefile.PL; and make. Then running make test a
few times in a for loop will kill ejabberd. It mostly happens to me
within the 2nd and 10th time. Someone else, Bert Radke, was also able to
repoduce this. It happended around the 60th run for him.

Regards,
Flo
