indeed there's a typo in Tools/flex.py, and that's been corrected in upstream waf. Upstream nodejs will probably update its copy of waf sooner or later. Still, i'm naively curious why you would need that file with nodejs-dev ?
I don't need it; in fact I don't use nodejs-dev at all. This bug is merely a result of my archive-wide byte-compilation tests.
If this file is not useful, maybe it shouldn't be shipped in the binary package?
