I found newer tuxonice above some version -- 3.0.99.48 or around? -- doesn't require this patch for resume script after I changed RESUME= line to:
RESUME=/dev/mapper/skyplate-swap_1 from RESUME=swap:/dev/mapper/skyplate-swap_1 in /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d and resume= in kernel command line parameter.
