When making an error during package purge (e.g. a typo in the admin password) you are prompted to retry. Then, the package first wants to (re)install/configure the database, and only after that, starts the purge sequence again. Steps to reproduce: 1. Install a package that uses dbconfig-common. 2. Purge it and answer yes to question of whether database should be removed. 3. When prompted for the db admin password, enter something random. You are presented with the expected database error and the option to retry or abort. 4. Choose retry. dbconfig-common asks whether you want to reinstall the database for the package. This is confusing to the user since he's in the middle of purging it. 5. Re-install the database nonetheless. Only then the questions about purging appear again. cheers, Thijs
