Can you try reinstalling xulrunner-1.9.2 ? If that doesn't work, can you
try removing the .dat files in /usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9.2/components ?
It that still doesn't work, can you try to add the following to
/etc/iceweasel/pref/iceweasel.js:
pref("javascript.options.jit.content", false);
pref("javascript.options.jit.chrome", false);
