I now attempt to create the link: Rightclick: image, Context menu: Image and link properties, Tab: Link, Prompt: Enter a web page location> http://foobar.foo, Button: OK Sometimes, the button is not effective, and the URL may become changed to a different (maybe a relative or previously visited) URL containing foobar. Correct the URL It is necessary to repeatedly click OK, in order for the data to become entered and the "Image Properties" window to disappear. (Typically it takes more than 10 clicks to operate the button, although sometimes it may take as many as 30 clicks.) The problem appears to be random. Sometimes the link is created immediately on the first click, other times, the button does not work, requiring repeated clicking, sometimes the URL changes as OK is clicked, other times it does not.
