I'm seeing this bug as well. Behavior:
- When dragging an AppIcon over the dock, the AppIcon is not docked.
- When attempting to reposition an existing Dock AppIcon, the icon is
removed from the Dock.

Xorg log attached (gzipped).
Additionally, I attempted to strace the WindowMaker binary while trying
to dock an icon, but got 5700 lines of output and nothing that stands
out glaringly. I can provide this or other debug output on request.
