That ticket only talks about NullXX being replaced with NULL, which seems to fix only part of the problem. There are also SVt_RV, PL_no_symref and OP_SETSTATE missing. I tried replacing SVt_RV with SVt_IV, but the tests failed under 5.10.1. Perhaps I misunderstood perl5120delta.
