Package: chrpath
Version: 0.13-2
Severity: normal
Hi,
I'm trying to package hpasm and I get the following error on amd64:
% chrpath -d .../debian/hpasm/usr/sbin/hpasmd
`.../debian/hpasm/usr/sbin/hpasmd' probably isn't a 64-bit LSB-first ELF file.
elf_open: Exec format error
% file debian/hpasm/usr/sbin/hpasmd
debian/hpasm/usr/sbin/hpasmd: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1
(SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.2.5, stripped
Hpasmd is a prebuild binary so I can't change it. It would be nice if
chrpath would support 32bit and 64bit elf format on i386, amd64,
sparc, ppc, s390, mips and mipsel.
